1. Integrated Production Line Configuration: This production line consists of four low-pressure die casting machines, ensuring efficient production capacity and flexibility. Each casting machine is equipped with a comprehensive aluminum liquid processing system to guarantee the purity and quality of the molten metal; the cooling system operates efficiently, swiftly removing heat from the castings to maintain dimensional stability and reduce deformation; the casting retrieval and post-processing system achieves seamless connectivity from casting to finished product handling.

2. High-Quality Mould Design: The molds are made of cast iron, significantly enhancing the rigidity and clamping force of the equipment, which is crucial for ensuring the high precision of the castings. Additionally, the robust molds effectively reduce flash on the surface of the castings, improving yield and aesthetics.

3. Stable Molding Opening and Closing Mechanism: The opening and closing mechanism employs a four-guide pillar structure, precisely driven by a servo pump, ensuring smooth acceleration and deceleration without impact. This design not only improves the clamping accuracy of the molds but also extends the lifespan of both the molds and the equipment.

4. Independent Pressurization System: The pressurization system, a core technology of Flander, has independent intellectual property rights. It can accurately simulate and control the pressurization curve, ensuring uniform stress on the castings during the pressurization process, thereby reducing defects. Furthermore, the system features a stable suspension function that enhances the quality and consistency of the castings.

5. Advanced Mould Cooling System: The mold water cooling system is controlled by a German-imported proportional valve, offering high precision and flexibility. The system comes standard with multiple control channels, allowing for flexible adjustments based on specific customer process requirements, ensuring ideal cooling effects at various parts of the castings.

6. Efficient Furnace Change System: The furnace change system is driven by full-stroke servo motors, achieving automatic furnace change operations for each low-pressure casting machine. This greatly improves production efficiency while reducing manual intervention and potential errors. The weighing function equipped at the furnace change station enables real-time monitoring of the aluminum usage process, ensuring accuracy in material usage and effective cost control.
