For customers, the cold box core shooter machines are particularly suitable for producing sand cores for traditional internal combustion engine cylinder heads and certain subframes for new energy vehicles.

Product Description

The cart moves to the mold closing station to close the mold, and the mold undergoes sand injection and curing to form the core. During mold opening, the active core push mechanism keeps the sand core in the sand box, and the cart then transports it to the retrieval station. To address the issue of significant odor from the blowing process of the cold box core shooter machine and to enhance overall equipment integrity, as well as to make it more convenient for operators to participate in the core-making process, we have added surrounding screens and related configurations, differentiating it from traditional standalone cold box core shooter machines.
